Oprogramowanie RheoWin służy do współpracy z wiskozymetrami od wersji VT7plus, wszystkimi reometrami oraz termostatami od wersji DC30. Składa się ono z dwóch modułów: Job Managera oraz Data Managera odpowiedzilanych odpowiednio za przygotowanie i wykonanie doświadczenia oraz za analizę danych wynikowych. RheoWin zarówno steruje temperaturą pracy najprostszego termostatu jak i kontroluje kamerę podłączoną do mikroskopu reometru MARS. Do głównych cech programu należą:
- tworzenie oraz modyfikowanie doświadczeń za pomocą techniki "przeciągnij i upuść"
- tworzenie w peni zautomatyzowanych szablonów działania urządzenia
- w pełni konfigurowalny eksport danych
- pełna wielozadaniowość (możłiwość kontroli nad kilkoma równocześnie pracującymi urządzeniami)
- w pełni 32 bitowa aplkacja dla wszystkich wersji systemu Windows
- możliwość logowania dla poszczególnych użytkowników

Oprogramowanie w wersji 3.xx oraz 4.xx wymaga klucza instalacyjnego, natomiast oprogramowanie w wersji 2.xx dyskietki instalacyjnej.
